By using this website, sending us a request, or booking travel through us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Booking Terms & Fare Rules and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. We act as your travel agent

We are an independent travel agency. We are not an airline, hotel, cruise line or other travel supplier, and we are not owned by or affiliated with any of them. When we book travel for you, we act as an intermediary between you and the supplier that provides the service.

Your flight is a contract between you and the airline. Each airline's conditions of carriage and fare rules apply, including rules on baggage, check-in deadlines, changes, cancellations, refunds, delays and denied boarding.
Hotels, cruise lines and other suppliers have their own terms, which also apply to your booking.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, schedule changes, cancellations, overbooking, strikes, bankruptcy or default of any supplier, but we will help you deal with them.

3. Prices shown on this website

Flight prices on this website come from live airline data supplied through our flight data provider. Every price shown is the total price, including all government taxes, mandatory airline fees and any service fee we charge. Optional services such as checked bags, seat selection or travel insurance are not included and will be quoted before you pay.

Airline prices and seat availability change constantly. A price shown on the website is not a confirmed booking and is not guaranteed until your ticket is issued. If the price has changed when we contact you, we will tell you the current total and you may decide not to proceed at no cost.

Our compensation may include service fees, commissions paid by suppliers, or the difference between a supplier's net price and the price we quote. Any amount you pay us is always included in the total price we show or quote to you.

If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious technical or human error, we will contact you before any booking is made, and we are not obliged to sell travel at the incorrect price.

4. How booking works

You search on our website and send us a request for a fare, or call us.
An agent contacts you to confirm the live price, the itinerary, traveler names and the fare rules.
Only after you approve the final total do we take payment and issue your ticket.
We email your confirmation and e-ticket, including the airline's confirmation code.

Sending a request through this website does not create a booking or any obligation to buy. A booking exists only once we have issued your ticket or confirmed your reservation in writing.

5. Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information. Traveler names must exactly match the government ID each person will travel with.
Check your confirmation as soon as you receive it and tell us at once about any mistakes. Name corrections can be costly or impossible.
Hold valid passports, visas, health documents and ID for your trip. See Travel Documents & Advisories.
Check in on time and follow the airline's rules.
Be authorized to use the payment method you provide, and book on behalf of other travelers only with their permission.

6. Payment

Payment is taken only after you approve your final total, through a secure payment link from our PCI DSS compliant payment processor or directly by the airline or supplier. Some charges may appear on your statement from the airline or supplier rather than from us. See our Payment & Security Policy. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, please contact us first so we can help resolve it.

7. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Changes and cancellations are governed by the airline's or supplier's rules and by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under US Department of Transportation rules or other applicable law.

8. Using this website

You may use the website only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may not make speculative, false or fraudulent requests, or use automated tools to scrape or search the website.
Flight status information comes from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. Always confirm with your airline before traveling.
The website's content, logo and design belong to Travel Voyage Solutions LLC or its licensors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss caused by a travel supplier, events outside our reasonable control (such as weather, strikes, government action, epidemics or air traffic control restrictions), or your failure to follow these terms. Where we are found liable, our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Disputes and governing law

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at +1 (424) 445-3853 or travelvoyagesol@gmail.com; most issues can be resolved quickly. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either of us may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or in a small claims court where you live if it has jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. You may also file a complaint about an airline or a ticket agent with the US Department of Transportation (see Air Traveler Rights).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this website on the date you book applies to that booking. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
