Booking
How do I book a flight?
Search on our website and choose a fare, then select “Request this fare” and leave your details. An agent calls you to confirm the live price and seats with the airline. Once you approve the final total and pay, we issue your ticket and email your confirmation. You can also simply call us.
Is the price on the website guaranteed?
Prices come live from the airlines but are not guaranteed until your ticket is issued, because airlines change fares and seat availability constantly. If the fare has changed when your agent calls, we tell you the new total before you decide. You are never charged a different amount than the one you approved.
Do your prices include taxes and fees?
Yes. Every price shown includes all government taxes and mandatory airline fees. We do not currently add a separate booking fee. If that ever changes, the fee will be included in the prices shown on the website and in your quote before you book. Optional extras such as checked bags, seat selection or upgrades are charged by the airline and confirmed with you before you pay.
Are you an airline?
No. Travel Voyage Solutions LLC is an independent travel agency. Your flight is operated by the airline, and the airline's conditions of carriage apply.
Payment
How do I pay?
After you approve the final total, we send you a secure payment link from our payment processor, or the airline charges your card directly. Your card details go straight to the processor or airline; we do not store card numbers.
Will you ever ask for my card number by email or text?
Never. Please don't send card numbers, passwords or full passport numbers by email, text or web form. If anyone claiming to be us asks you to, call us at +1 (424) 445-3853.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Can I cancel within 24 hours?
For flights to, from or within the United States booked at least 7 days before departure, US rules require airlines to let you either hold the fare for 24 hours or cancel within 24 hours of booking without a penalty. Call us as soon as possible within that window. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do I change or cancel after that?
Call us and we'll check what your fare allows. Many basic fares cannot be changed or refunded. Others allow changes for a fee plus any difference in fare. The airline's fare rules decide what is possible.
What if the airline cancels or significantly changes my flight?
Under US Department of Transportation rules you are entitled to a refund if the airline cancels or significantly changes your flight and you choose not to travel or accept an alternative. We'll help you request it. See air traveler rights.
Baggage and check-in
How many bags can I bring?
It depends on the airline and fare. Select “Flight details, bags & fare rules” on any fare to see the allowance, and your agent confirms it before you pay. Basic fares often exclude a full-size carry-on.
How do I check in?
Check in directly with the airline, on its website or app, usually from 24 hours before departure. Use the airline confirmation code in your booking email. Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights.
How do I select seats or add special assistance?
Tell your agent when we call, or call us any time after booking. Seat selection may cost extra depending on the fare. Requests for wheelchair assistance or other accommodations are passed to the airline, which provides them under the Air Carrier Access Act.
Travel documents
What ID do I need to fly within the US?
Adults need a REAL ID-compliant license or another accepted ID, such as a passport, for domestic flights. The name on your ticket must match your ID exactly. See Travel Documents & Advisories.
Do I need a passport or visa?
International travel requires a passport, and many countries require it to be valid for at least six months after you arrive. Some destinations also need a visa or electronic authorization. Check the official requirements at travel.state.gov. You are responsible for having the right documents.
