Calls and emails about your request
When you send us a fare, quote, callback or contact request, you agree that we may call and email you about that request and any booking that follows. These are service messages, not marketing.
Text messages (SMS)
Text messages are optional. We send them only if you tick the SMS box on one of our forms or ask an agent to text you. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Travel Voyage Solutions about your request and bookings, such as callback notices, payment links, confirmations and schedule changes, at the number you provided.
- Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time, and HELP for help. You can also call +1 (424) 445-3853 or email travelvoyagesol@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
We will not send promotional text messages unless you separately agree to receive them.
Marketing emails
We send travel offers by email only if you tick the marketing box or ask to receive them. Every marketing email identifies Travel Voyage Solutions LLC, includes our postal address, and contains an unsubscribe link. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. Service emails about an active booking will still be sent.
