When you pay
You pay only after an agent has confirmed your trip and you have approved the final total. Requesting a fare or a quote on our website never charges you.
How you pay
- Secure payment link. We email or text you a payment link from our payment processor. The page is hosted by the processor, which is certified under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Your card number goes directly to the processor and is never seen or stored by us.
- Charged by the airline or supplier. For some bookings, the airline, hotel or cruise line charges your card directly. Your statement will then show their name instead of ours. We tell you in advance when this applies.
We accept major credit and debit cards. Prices are charged in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
What we will never do
- Ask you to send a card number, security code or password by email, text, chat or web form.
- Ask for payment by gift card, wire transfer to a personal account, or cryptocurrency.
- Charge you a different amount than the total you approved.
If someone contacts you claiming to be Travel Voyage Solutions and asks for any of these, do not respond. Call us directly at +1 (424) 445-3853.
Website security
- The entire website uses HTTPS encryption.
- Forms are protected against spam and automated abuse.
- Only staff who need your booking details to serve you can access them.
- Search requests and personal details are not written to our server logs.
Disputed charges
If you don't recognize a charge, or think something is wrong, contact us at +1 (424) 445-3853 or travelvoyagesol@gmail.com and we will investigate right away. You also keep all your rights with your card issuer.
