Contact details: name, email address, phone number.
Trip details: destinations, dates, number of travelers, preferences and any message you send.
Traveler details needed to book, collected by our agents when you book: full names as on ID, date of birth, gender, and for international trips, passport details; frequent flyer numbers; and special assistance requests you choose to share.
Payment information, which is entered directly with our payment processor or the airline. We do not store full card numbers.
Your choices about text messages and marketing emails.

Information collected automatically

Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, used to run and secure the website.
Flight searches you run on the website, which are sent to our flight data provider to find fares.

3. How we use your information

To respond to your requests and to search, quote, book and service your travel.
To contact you by phone, email and, if you opted in, text message about your request or booking.
To send marketing emails, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To meet legal requirements, such as the US Transportation Security Administration's Secure Flight program.
To protect against fraud, spam and misuse, and to keep the website secure.
To understand and improve the website, using analytics only with your consent.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed to provide our services:

Airlines, hotels, cruise lines and other suppliers you book with, which need traveler details to provide your travel.
Our flight data and booking provider (Duffel), which connects us to airline systems.
Our flight status data provider, which receives the flight numbers or routes you look up.
Our payment processor, which handles your card details securely.
Our email delivery provider and website hosting provider, which process data on our behalf.
Cloudflare, which helps protect our forms from spam.
Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Government authorities where required by law, for example airline security programs or a valid legal request.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Suppliers that receive your details for a booking handle them under their own privacy policies.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, generally up to seven years after your trip. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after about 24 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

6. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and reputable service providers to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please never send card numbers, passwords or full passport numbers by email, text or web form.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:

know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it;
correct inaccurate personal information;
delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions;
opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising (we do neither);
limit the use of sensitive personal information;
appeal our decision about your request; and
not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of authorization. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal sent by some browsers as a request to opt out of analytics cookies.

8. Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them online. Children's traveler details are provided by a parent or guardian when booking a family trip. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
